Check the video below if you're more of a visual learner! (Scroll to bottom for links seen in the video!)
1. Downloading older versions of Reshade
The first step to downloading older versions of Reshade is to find your preferred version in this repository.
2. Downloading the Right Shaders
Now you have to download the correct shaders for the version you have downloaded. Here are the shaders for version 3.0.8. And here are the shaders for version 3.4.1. To download the shaders, find the green button that says "Code", press the drop-down arrow, and press "Download ZIP". Make sure to extract the files from the .ZIP folder.
3. Installation
Watch the video below to learn how to download Reshade. Download all of the shaders when it asks you to, so that it sets up the correct paths. In your "bin" folder, find the "reshade-shaders" folder, and inside it delete the original "shaders" and "textures" folders. Now copy the "shaders" and "textures" folders that you downloaded previously, the ones that match the version of ReShade you just downloaded. Paste them into the "reshade-shaders" folder in your "bin" folder.
Congrats! Now your preferred version of Reshade is installed to your Sims 4 game!

(© Pictureamoebae on Tumblr) "It is currently not allowed for us to distribute shaders ourselves because each is authored by different people and subject to different licences. This is why we have to go through these steps to download them from github. I hope this changes in the future, but for now please respect the shader authors’ licences."
